Job Description
Our client, an autonomous vehicle company, has an immediate need for an IT JIRA Administrator to join its San Francisco Peninsula based operations.
The Jira Administrator position is part of the IT Applications team. This position is responsible for operational user support of JIRA and Confluence. The growing user base will require ongoing assistance with reporting, workflow design, field creation, plugin management, general support and more.

The Jira Administrator position is part of the IT Applications team. This position is responsible for operational user support of JIRA and Confluence. The growing user base will require ongoing assistance with reporting, workflow design, field creation, plugin management, general support and more.
Responsibilities
- Evangelize best practices and train users on how to better use the application
- Subject Matter Expert on Jira and Confluence and Bamboo
- Working with clients on requests, workflow and process design, and general support
- Perform upgrades, configuration changes and bug fixing
- Collaborate with IT Applications Administrators to ensure Jira and Confluence perform at their best
- Experience supporting Jira and Confluence for 5+ years
- Strong groovy scripting skills and experience working with scriptrunner
- Able to lead meetings and manage user expectations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take ownership of an application and evangelize its proper use
- Passionate about software and service development
Expected hourly pay range
- $50 - $60 per hour
