Job Description
Our large retail client is in need of a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead an implementation. This is a long-term contract. Some (minor) travel required. Can work onsite or fully remote.

- Bachelor s degree in information technology, business administration, business management, computer science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of project management experience. Experience as a consultant is a must.
- SAP Expertise and Proficiency: Strong understanding and experience in SAP modules from a business standpoint.
- Depth of business knowledge: Must possess above-average business acumen, across an entire enterprise.
- Project and Program Management: Extremely big-picture focused, with impeccable documentation, communication and leadership skills. Proven track record in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to support decision-making processes throughout planning, execution, and reporting.
- Problem-Solving: A can do attitude with strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise throughout the projects.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, consultants, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment for project success.
- Communication: Ability to manage and align stakeholders' expectations, ensuring that project goals meet business objectives and stakeholder needs. Ability to present information effectively at multiple levels.
- End User proficiency in SAP S/4HANA.
- Implementation project management experience (at least 5 full cycles).
