Job Description
Our client, an autonomous vehicle organization, has an immediate need for a Technical Program Manager to join its San Francisco Bay Area, CA operations. This role will be on a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days a week onsite.

Responsibilities
- Monitor project execution plans, resource deployment, project task management, follow-up, financial tracking, and overall. coordination efforts to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget with high quality.
- Work closely with architects, system engineers, DBAs, and other technical staff on end to end delivery of the program.
- Manage planning and execution for Agile projects using Scrum processes.
- Work with vendors, internal client management, agile team members and stakeholders to define scope of work to be accomplished.
- Manage the definition and refinement of user stories and tasks, and on an ongoing basis, evaluate various courses of action and selects the most effective alternative to attain team goals via coaching the team and asking the right questions.
- Understand and executes regular sprint retrospectives with the Agile team.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years Project Management experience
- Strong technical knowledge of AWS, Linux, VDI, patching, storage and infrastructure hardware
- Expertise in Agile practices
- Proven track record technically managing projects related to systems engineering
- Expertise in change management, data migration and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple 3rd party vendors.
- Impeccable organization and communication skills.
