Job Description

Our client, an intent-based network company is looking for a driven full time CRM administrator to manage their CRM system. This person will be a technical lead for all things Marketing Automation and CRM, understands the importance of data quality, and will be the trusted partner for the Sales, Marketing, Support, and Finance teams.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor, measure and analyze sales and marketing initiatives as they relate to quota and company goals
  • Implement best practices for marketing automation for our high-tech enterprise software sales environment.
  • Work with CRM vendor to make necessary CRM changes, upgrades, migration
  • Assist Marketing, Sales and Finance with reporting and dashboards from the CRM
  • Serve as lead technical role in user creation, system integration, enforcing appropriate access credentials, and drive break/fix issues to timely and successful resolution.
  • Maintain internal documentation and records related to the CRM system.
  • Continuous maintenance of the CRM
  • Create marketing and sales dashboards
  • Liaise with both technical and functional staff to plan, deploy, and support new CRM functions and related tools, systems, and campaigns.
  • Continuously assess new technologies and add-on applications to improve/optimize marketing team performance
  • Act as the technical point of contact for vendors

Requirements
  • Bachelor s Degree
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • 3+ years experience working with Hubspot or as a SFDC administrator
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or sales operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment
  • Experience managing system and software changes

Nice to have
  • Master s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience leading a large scale implementation, migration, or deployment of an enterprise-wide CRM system
