Our client, a global technology company, has an immediate need for a Change Management Lead. This role will be based remotely.
Represent the Culture & Change Lifecycle team on development projects, delivering best practices on adoption, change management, and enablement to the project leadership team
Develop, create, and maintain a Change Management strategy that includes impact analysis, communications plans, training plans, stakeholder engagement roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, including approval mechanisms
Interview key project stakeholders to determine impact, receptivity to change and adoption metrics and measurements
Maintain project plan and provide status updates for deliverables on the project, updating the project team and management as appropriate including escalations
Truly understand the change and impact to create all enablement assets such as presentations, videos, quick reference guides, etc.)
Identify communication channels and create written communications to project stakeholders, end-users, and other project participants and manage the creation of internal marketing assets to drive adoption
Participate in UATs to better understand deployment deliverables and create enablement and communications material
Work with appropriate development teams on adoption metrics creation and determine documentation process, roles and responsibilities within the project team on metric delivery, and delivery communication methods for pre and post-launch
Effectively own stakeholder (persona) engagement and communication strategies promoting collaboration, ensuring input received is delivered to appropriate teams
Build strong relationships with the business and product development counterparts to drive user adoption and deliver effective business solutions
Adoption, change management, and enablement experience within a highly dynamic corporate environment demonstrable experience in a SaaS and Subscription-based environment is preferred
Fearless communication skills and attention to detail are critical to your success
Ability to self-start, have strong communication, planning, organization, and time management skills to effectively develop and execute on all change management deliverables
Ability to interview and collaborate with VMware internal organizations, IT, and Senior Management to gather input on training, change management, and adoption deliverables
Highly proficient speaker and writer, able to effectively communicate, train, create training materials and correspond in English
Experience working cross-culturally, internationally, across multiple time-zones
Collaborative attitude with 5+ years experience, prefer 1 year in a project track leadership capacity with an emphasis on SaaS and Subscription services
