Help Desk Analyst

Our exciting, fast growing Global Client is in need of a part time (15-30 hours a week) Level I-II Help Desk Analyst on a contract to hire position at its Ann Arbor office. The successful candidate will primarily support end users in a fast-growing environment. You must be able to effectively communicate with users of varying levels of technical expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide end to end user support, resolving tickets patiently and with tact.
  • Troubleshoot issues with Mac OS and Chrome systems and google applications.
  • Deliver timely remote and onsite technical support for end users via phone, email, and IM, and implement corrective solutions.
  • Communicate status to all parties.
  • Light windows server maintenance (patching/troubleshooting).
  • Work with various technology groups to determine ultimate resolution.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Help Desk experience.
  • Experience supporting both Mac OS and Chrome systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google applications.
  • Must have experience troubleshooting issues with video conferencing software (BlueJeans would be a huge plus).
  • Advanced experience repairing printers, desktops and tablets.
  • Passion for troubleshooting and a love for providing high touch, "white glove" service with the unparalleled communication necessary to do both.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Microsoft remote desktop.
  • Past experience working in a Linux environment would be a plus.
