Our client, a cloud based platform, is looking for a Project Manager to join their Marketing team that supports the post-purchase customer journey. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of customer journeys from end to end, working closely with stakeholders to deliver compelling campaigns and content across various channels. Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of the customer journeys, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
Serve as the primary point of contact for post-purchase customer journeys, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling content and messaging for various marketing channels, such as emails, social media, and website.
Work closely with copywriters to ensure alignment with brand voice and messaging strategy, providing guidance on target audience and product knowledge.
Take ownership of metric tracking and performance analysis, pulling dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and engagement throughout the journey, leveraging data-driven insights and customer feedback.
Educate oneself about the product and content to effectively communicate messaging and value propositions to target audiences.
Facilitate post-purchase adoption by encouraging community engagement and monitoring forums for unanswered questions or issues, liaising with relevant business units to address customer concerns.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in project management in Marketing, specifically around customer journey.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Experience in managing customer journeys and end to end campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficiency in metric tracking and performance analysis, with experience in utilizing dashboards to measure campaign success.
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and optimization.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools, such as email marketing software and CRM systems.
