Netsuite BSA This role is primarily responsible for overseeing the integrity and optimization of the NetSuite implementation. The BSA maintains a complete understanding of the business processes and implementation goals of the Finance team and serves as a key point of contact for all Netsuite and legacy apps issues, both as they relate to the implementation, and longer term day to day and process improvement projects. The BSA will keep the implementation partner in check and the stake holders calm.
Understand and own NetSuite requirements on behalf of the company
Be the primary point of contact for each business group who will be using these applications, for support and to translate business requirements.
Provide front line support to the organization with regard to all aspects of NetSuite functionality and related data integrity, from kick off through production support.
Ensure ongoing alignment to functional and technical requirements, system configuration, data integrity and all system-related policies and procedures.
Maintain proper system access for all roles.
Monitor end-user usage of systems, tracking performance, maintaining system documentation.
Ensure system compliance with Company policies, procedures and protocols for system standards, customizations and changes.
Identify and develop process improvements and data validation rules to enforce Company data policies, procedures and efficiencies.
BA. Or BS in relevant discipline (Accounting/Finance, CS, etc., or equivalent experience)
5 8 years experience in business/process BSA roles, enterprise application support, project management, systems implementations, systems integrations
Experience scripting in SuiteScript or similar
Prior Netsuite implementation experience
Detailed understanding of SaaS business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing) and Project Management. Experience with rev rec desired
Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment.
Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy ability to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements.
Excellent customer service skills; ability to form relationships both externally and internally
Strong written and verbal communication skills with expert-level presentation skills
