Job Description

Our client, a global technology company, has an immediate need for an Program Manager to join its Palo Alto, CA based operations. This position is fully remote for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Understand sales and business objectives, buyer personas/influencers, the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, channels, and calls to action for prospects in key accounts in the region.
Leverage Salesforce to track program success and ensure effective lead routing across all programs. Collaborate with lead management team to address routing challenges as needed.
Partner with Global Demand, the Digital Center of Excellence, Product Marketing and regional stakeholders to execute on integrated multi-channel programs, including both on- and offline activities such social campaigns, email, virtual or in-person events, outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow up, nurture and channel activities
Manage vendors that contribute to program execution to ensure they are meetings our goals. Review promotional materials they create to ensure they are on message.
Track and analyze results to show program effectiveness and continually refine for optimal return on investment. Create content as needed for director to present results to sales leadership.
Collaborate with segment specialty sales leadership to ensure marketing programs are being optimized.
Leverage data tools and other leading martech (ex. Salesforce, Marketo, Marketing Dashboard) as needed



Requirements

BA/BS with minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, including digital and event marketing. MBA preferred.
Tech industry experience preferred
Position includes a mix of both strategy and execution
Deep understanding of modern marketing techniques including ABM, multi-touch outbound, social selling, content syndication, omni-channel nurture, predictive lead scoring, content, etc.
Collaborator with marketing, product teams, sales and partners who understands the value of organizational alignment in achieving goals
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Outstanding analytical skills
Knowledge of VMware competitive landscape a plus
Someone who can not only come up with innovative ideas, but develop and execute on them
Ability to remain flexible through changes as we continuously adapt to meet customer demands
