Our client has an exciting need for a Sales & Marketing Systems Administrator. The successful candidates will be driven and curious. This person will come in with a good breath of the entire lead management process, along with ideas on how to build and fix existing processes.
- Provide administrative assistance for Sales & Marketing systems
- SFDC, Marketo, Gainsight, Leadspace, LinkedIn navigator and other tools.
- Work with various 3rd party applications who can help improve/fix the processes
- 5+ years of experience managing and customizing Salesforce and Marketo
- Experience translating business processes into efficient technical workflows that streamline the lead lifecycle
- Experience working with Salesforce 3rd party applications
- Current lead process from enrichment to scoring to routing has challenges
- Previous experience working with SFDC, Marketo and other lead management systems
