Sales Ops Program Manager

Out client, a leader in Cyber Security is looking for a seasoned Sales Operations Program Manager to help support their FY20 go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Project management and coordination across multiple cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, business outcomes, milestones, dependencies and timelines.
  • Drive business and IT collaboration on build and test cycles
  • Ensure acceptance and adoption of the final Territory and Quota planning solution
  • Prepare project plans and status reports that highlight progress, risks and mitigation plans
  • Gather data to support scope and/or design decisions
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for multiple audiences from scrum team members to executive sponsors across Sales Operations, Compensation, Master Data, IT and third party vendor teams.
  • Comfortable with complex systems and processes with multiple integrations and large data volumes
  • Proven experience managing scope to deliver project objectives with tight deadlines
  • Proven success with influencing stakeholders and business outcomes
  • Knowledge of sales operations functions especially territory hierarchies, account hierarchies, pipeline, bookings, quota and account to territory assignment rules
Nice to have

  • Experience working at a Cybersecurity company
