Job Description

Our client, a global technology company, has an immediate need for a Senior Business Systems Analyst. This role is remote and can sit anywhere in the US.

  • Understand needs and identify how best to leverage, optimize, and/or enable L&D application functionality to enhance their learning solutions.
  • Provide 2nd level application support and more to our application administrators to resolve complex issues to ensure on time delivery of learning solutions.
  • Engage stakeholder to anticipate their needs.
  • Act as SME for L&D applications


7+ years of industry experience in L&D platforms such as SABA, LXP, eLearning Content Creation platforms, etc.
Must have prior experience working with the diverse Learning and Development (L&D) technology ecosystem - with experience in implementing the standard methodologies in learning catalogue management, application optimization, troubleshooting e-learning content packages with SCORM/AICC standards, Windows/iOS/Android devices, etc.
Must have strong consultation, project, and stakeholder management skills, specifically leading cross functional efforts to tackle complex requests while working through dependencies on others with informal authority.
Must have L&D acumen and ability to recommend and build the best solution to address the specific business problem.
Must have strong written and spoken English skills and able to build relationships across different regions across the globe.
Provide guidance on application and process changes and recommend improvement opportunities while considering possible impacts.
Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and adaptable to a high-change environment.
MBA or bachelor s degree in Management Information System, Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant field of study.


Proficient in supporting and administering LMS, LXP, LRS, eLearning Platforms, or related systems and tools skills
Effective presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of relational databases, and familiarity with statistical packages and analysis techniques
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Enterprise level experience will be a plus
Hands on experience creating dashboards with tools such as Tableau, DOMO, Power BI will be a plus
Comfortable with executive-level management interaction
Passion for solving complex business needs with new and innovative technology solutions
