Job Description

Our client, a digital cell biology company, is has an an exciting contract to hire opportunity for a SFDC BSA to help support a CRM implementation for their organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and document a current knowledge of the organization s business system portfolio in Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce
  • Support company implementation of Salesforce CRM
  • Be the primary point of contact for each business group using these applications, for support and to translate business requirements.
  • Maintain the business system applications for departmental stakeholders.
  • Support end-user requests for new searches, reports, KPI s, and dashboards.
  • Ensure ongoing alignment to functional and technical requirements, system configuration, data integrity, and all system-related policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and ensure proper access for all roles.
  • Monitor end-user usage of systems, tracking performance, and maintaining system documentation.
  • Ensure system compliance with company policies, procedures and protocols for system standards, customizations, and changes.
  • Identify and develop process improvements and data validation rules to enforce company data policies, procedures, and efficiencies.
  • Plan, review, and revise configurations and customizations of business systems, as needed to meet evolving needs of the business.
  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, new functionality based on evolving business needs.
  • Provide ongoing training materials to ensure adoption, meet end-user training needs, and sometimes deliver training in conjunction with departmental stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in business/process analyst roles, enterprise application support, project management, systems implementations, systems integrations
  • Successfully completed a complex implementation and post process ownership
  • Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce CRM experience
  • Experience with databases, SQL development, data integration, and analysis.
  • Detailed understanding of software industry business practices as related to Accounting and Project Management
  • Previous experience working in a SOX environment and communication with internal and external audit functions.
  • Exposure to other Accounting, Sales Force Management and Marketing business practices such as Payroll, Expense Tracking, Multi-currency, Commissions, Returns, Team Selling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills; ability to form relationships both externally and internally
