Job Description
Our client, in the autonomous driving vehicle space is looking for a Manufacturing Coordinator to come join their Vehicle team in Fremont, CA. This person will act as the liaison between the Manufacturing facility and its Engineers. This person considers themselves highly organized with the ability to communicate between business groups to improve efficiencies. This is a 6 month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a central point-of-contact for the overall process, addressing questions that arise and connecting team members to the appropriate resources as needed in order to ensure project success.
- Understand at a high level all the part delivered to the manufacture, understanding part received and when they will be utilized.
- Work with the Vehicle Program Management team to define key performance indicators as related to the engineering part review process and approval status.
- Ensure accurate data at all times
- Participate in a weekly meeting and present a deck related to the latest and greatest
Requirements
- BS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience in engineering or program management in a technical or production environment.
- Experience with receiving inspection processes in a product development or production environment.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets or other tools to track complex projects.
- Familiarity with BoMs and their structure
- Experience in a startup environment
