Job Description
Our Client, an autonomous vehicle company, has an immediate need for a Wireless Network Administrator to join its San Francisco based operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a record of sim card locations across all devices
- Work cross-collaboratively on periodic audits of all fleet and user sim cards
- Develop and track key metrics (costs, data usage, etc.) for all carrier services
- Learn the skills needed to assist with Tier 1/2 vehicle network troubleshooting
- Learn the skills needed to assist with routine mapping missions in assigned geofences
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT helpdesk
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent level of education
- Strong interest in wireless network engineering or a willingness to learn
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Linux, macOS, and Windows in an enterprise environment is preferred, but not mandatory
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar ticketing and documentation tools preferred,
but not mandatory
